Initial Audit

Every effort is made by representatives of California Lighting Services, Inc. to inspect all areas of the facility. This includes closets, storage areas and restrooms. The audit is entered into our software program and a Project Financial Analysis and Retrofit Specification Report is generated. California Lighting Services, Inc. carefully designs the project parameters based on a room- by-room basis for a perfect balance between acceptable light levels and energy savings. Utility company rebates will be included in the analysis and applications for rebates will be processed by our staff.
Installation
- The project will be completed by crews assigned by California Lighting Services, Inc.
- All personnel are employees of California Lighting Services, Inc and are highly trained, experienced retrofit installers.
- Appropriate insurance policies, such as Workmen's Compensation and Liability coverage are delivered to the customer prior to the start of the project.
Warranty
California Lighting Services, Inc. presents to our customer a 3/5 warranty program.- Installed lamps are fully guaranteed for 36 months
- Installed ballasts are fully guaranteed for 60 months.
The warranty agreement includes both labor and materials and is guaranteed by the
lamp/ballast manufacturer.
To date, we have established an 18 year record of cooperation with our manufacturers and
their products, assuring a superior level of customer satisfaction with any material issue.
